About

Sabrina Anthony is here to share a little bit about myself.

I have been an online marketer for the last 12 years specializing in Financial Services and Insurance. I have helped my company grow its presence on various social media platforms.  So, I am using all my experience to share this message online using Blogs on Tumbler, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and of course here on this website under the title BudgetingFaithfully.com.  Enough about me let’s talk about my blog.

BudgetingFaithfully.com is a blog about living your life while trying to stay above water because life happens, and we need to plan for it.  A budget outlines where you would like to spend your money.  It should also be a place where you compare how you spend your money all while living your best life. While doing life God has always been the center of my world and He has a lot to say about how we spend our money.  God speaks about money more than 800 times in the Bible. I thought I knew a lot about budgeting until I learned God’s way of handling money.  This greatly influenced how I looked at money and how to handle my budget while walking with the Lord.

A little bit About How I Budget

I have been maintaining a budget for over 30+ years.  In those years I have managed to become debt-free, pay off two homes and we are currently working on paying off our retirement home.  I have a credit score that bounces between 832 and 850 depending on my credit card utilization.  My credit history is over 30+ years and I have been in good standing for most of my life.  God encourages us to be good stewards of all that he provides.

My budget has allowed us to spend as we like, and save 12 months of emergency funds, and contribute to retirement funds.  My budget has helped us during lean years when we lost our jobs and years of abundance when we had very generous salaries.  It also allowed us to plan for the good, the bad, and the ugly.  We should always be preparing for the “famines” in our lives.

Please read my blogs so that you can gain as much practical knowledge on budgeting, spending, and living and learn how my family and I weather many storms of life by faith.

Let’s Budget, Spend, and Live!
